From Stress to Strength
The program will be held via Zoom on Wednesdays July 7, 14, 21, & 28 from Noon–1:30pm.
Parent facilitators along with health professionals will discuss:
• Tips to lower stress, anxiety and depression
• How to recognize your personal strengths
• Tips for transition planning from pediatric to adult care
• Handouts and resource information are provided
