Supported Living

The supported living program was conceived by Avondale House to meet the needs of higher-functioning ASD (including Asperger's Syndrome and PDD-NOS) young adults who are not eligible for state services, but require a structured learning environment where they can gain the skills necessary to live independently.
Supported Living Program
This new residential program model is designed as a transitional and educational living environment. The ultimate goal for these clients is to learn the necessary life skills required for independent living, and eventually “graduate”
to living on their own with minimal support from Avondale House staff.
