Avondale House’s day school program provides exemplary educational services year-round to students 3-22 years of age, regardless of where the student falls on the autism spectrum. With certified teachers, licensed specialists, well-trained paraprofessionals, a low teacher-to-student ratio, and small, state-of-the-art classroom settings, Avondale’s educational program is tailored to meet the specific individual needs of each of our students.

While our day school is approved by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and accredited by the Texas Alliance of Accredited Private Schools (TAAPS) for educating students with multiple disabilities, we specifically focus on servicing students with a primary diagnosis of autism/PDD-NOS and multiple secondary diagnoses.
